UK based EMEA Growth Director

You will be responsible for growing our business in the region and expanding our footprint by opening new markets. Your focus will be on developing new leads in EMEA and helping discipline leads grow existing clients, while partnering with other Growth colleagues to globalize strategic clients as part of our expansion plan.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Own the geographical expansion of the region, targeting the UK & Germany in 2023.
  • Develop a new leads pipeline and client relationships across EMEA. Identify targets, establish contact, understand their needs, share capabilities, and build trust to generate projects.
  • Conduct an active search for new leads to convert into clients.
  • Lead relationships with key stakeholders to maintain a regular cadence of developing new leads through referrals or collaboration opportunities.
  • Partner with client leads and team members to develop proposals and lead the relationship with potential buyers until we receive a PO, then hand off to the client lead.
  • Help EMEA grow by developing strategic clients already consolidated in NA, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Bring our vertical development strategy to life, with a focus on five key areas: consumer, financial services, industrial groups, health & pharma, and the future of mobility.
  • Increase revenue by developing, communicating, and driving effective selling strategies based on client-specific value propositions.
  • Generate points of view based on trends and insights that demonstrate your thought leadership and anticipate needs that Propelland can solve.
  • Lead and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to all types of decision makers.
  • Own and develop commercial routines for new clients in the region and maintain the sales pipeline for analysis and reporting. Lead business development and/or pipeline review meetings and routines.
  • Set appropriate metrics for sales pipeline generation, accurate pipeline reporting, and sales forecasts.
  • Partner with the Regional Client Success Director to develop business development processes.
  • Identify future needs in markets within the region and share and reapply success cases from other regions.
  • Develop and grow strategic alliances with companies complementary to Propelland to expand our commercial scope and strengthen our offering.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Support other studios on their projects or work on global ones, helping define the brief to final delivery and actively providing input for overall quality, innovation, and creative vision.
  • Love collaboration and be ready to work with a diverse group of people, spearhead brainstorms and conversations, and cultivate a network of external partners and collaborators.
  • Be an organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented propeller with the ability to work autonomously and be a self-starter in a demanding environment.

  • 15 years of experience creating and leading the strategy for new business development in EMEA-focused companies.
  • 15 years of experience in proven ability to grow B2B client relationships by selling new projects.
  • 15 years of experience leading on client, business, and sector challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong networking across Europe at the C-level.
  • Strong people skills with a deep client focus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong ability to think deeply about strategy, design, and engineer business development.

  • C1-C2 level in English is mandatory, and a good level lof Spanish is desirable
