As a Senior Interaction Designer at propelland you will lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated design solutions for a diversity of industries, scale and mediums. In this role you get exposure to and involvement with many parts of the design process: user research, ideation, concept development, prototyping, and working with developers to deliver new products, services, and business experiences.

- Design and carry out research programs to understand product opportunities, user needs, product/market fit, and usability, as called for by each project.
- Identify and analyze the features of analogous products to benchmark patterns and opportunities.
- Create well-targeted personas that define user concerns to address in the product design.
- Develop and document briefs, storyboards, and other deliverables that describe the desired experiences to project stakeholders and product teams.
- Develop interaction architectures and digital sketches for hardware and software interfaces that elegantly accommodate the desired features.
- Mentor designers as they develop all the above skills.
- Support and enhance the culture of collaborative design at Propelland.
- Own projects and deliverables, big and small. The details matter, and you’re committed to getting it done right.
