About the role:

As Senior Digital Strategist you will manage end-to-end project management, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders and leading delivery timelines across UX/UI design, development, and data workstreams. This role involves managing diverse stakeholders, including agencies, end clients, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the digital product ecosystem, including acquisition strategies, product design oversight, DEVOps team management, and data collaboration for analytics setup. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of omnichannel approaches, technological stacks, and digital product ROI is essential.

What you'll do:

– Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

– Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.

– Provide strategic guidance throughout the project lifecycle, leveraging digital expertise.

– Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks proactively.

– Drive continuous improvement initiatives, refining processes and methodologies.

– Lead and manage end-to-end project management for digital consultancy projects.

– Directly engage with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

– Manage various stakeholders, including diverse agencies, end clients, and internal teams.

Does this sound like you?

– Experience in leading projects, managing delivery timelines across diverse multidisciplinary teams and workstreams (UX/UI design, development, and data).

– More than 7 years of experience in digital strategy or related roles.

– Ability to understand project requirements and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

– Previous experience in startups or consulting environments is a plus.

– Product Design Experience overseeing UX/UI streams.

– Experience in managing DEVOps teams in end-to-end projects (from brief to implementation).

– Previous roles in managing and/or collaborating with data teams for data capture setup and dashboard development.

– You have a systemic thinking for digital products; omnichannel, digital and technological stack, digital product ROI.

– Proficient in the language of digital product ecosystems, including: Acquisition: Paid media channels, CRM, OOH linked to digital, QR scans, etc.

– Fluent in English
