About the role:
As a multidisciplinary Senior Business Designer-Project Lead, your role is to guide project teams to articulate clear value propositions for complex and ambiguous briefs, with the goal of realizing untapped business value for our clients. You will use your strategy/design skills, business savvy analysis, user insights, market sensitivity, facilitation, and critical thinking to drive alignment in every stage of the product, service, or business bring-to-life cycle.
You will leverage your Project Management expertise to align client needs with the organization’s capabilities, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Additionally, under your project leadership, part of your responsibilities will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and crafting compelling proposals for both existing and potential clients, fostering expansion and growth.
What you'll do:
– Contribute to the team and projects using your unique expertise, including strategizing and designing complex physical or digital products, research planning & execution, and data strategy.
– Work across diverse industries to uncover opportunities, define requirements, and develop stand-out design/strategy solutions.
– Develop comprehensive project proposals/plans, outlining scope, objectives, tasks, timelines, and resources, effectively communicating project scope, objectives, and value propositions to secure successful engagements.
– Partner with the Growth Team, and Regional Director to build and pitch proposals for existing and new clients.
Build trust as the main point of contact for Clients and project stakeholders, facilitating clear and regular communication.
– Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project success and work with the team to resolve.
Execute directly or work with team to ensure project deliverables meet and exceed propelland + client’s quality standards.
– Work with Talent & Operations Lead to allocate resources effectively, including team members, budget, and tools, to ensure project deliverables are executed with quality
Does this sound like you?
– A proven track record of managing projects from inception to launch, and leading project teams.
Client management experience, and an understanding of the importance of building trusted relationships.
– Fluent in translating stakeholder goals, user research, and complex user flows into engaging experiences.
Have a solid understanding of technical constraints within a project and use that to come up with innovative solutions to solve user and business needs.
– You take initiative and own projects and deliverables, big and small. The details matter, and you’re committed to getting it done right.
– Master communication skills, and the ability to deliver compelling design rationales in both client and internal contexts.
