About the role:
We are looking for an outstanding Sr. Product Designer with more than +6 years of experience to join our team in Medellín. The ideal candidate masters UX/UI, will have significant skills in digital experience design with a strategic approach. This role will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams at Fortune 500 companies, being responsible for designing and developing innovative digital solutions, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to guarantee strategic goals are met. The candidate will need to have strategic vision and the ability to turn customer needs into effective digital solutions, from conceptualization to implementation

We expect you to have
- Knowledge and experience designing digital products from conceptualization, design, validation, support to development and implementation.
- Sensitivity due to data driven design
- (Ideally) Knowledge and training in development and digital programming
- (Necessary) with basic skills and knowledge in front and back-end
- Ability to generate networking by searching and negotiating with partners and design, technology, and data studios in Colombia.
- Native level of English
- Interest in no-code methodologies

- Skills in negotiation & business acumen to create new leads, cross & upselling opportunities
- Obsessed with staying ahead of industry best practices and technologies across the world.
- Outstanding verbal, writing, and presentation skills in English and Spanish, and availability to eventually travel to Mexico and other Latin American countries.
- Must be comfortable debating, discussing, and defending your work with colleagues and clients.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking principles and methodologies, with a human-centered design approach to solving user needs with deep customer empathy.
- Understanding GUI differences between multiple platforms, mobile, tablet, and desktop, and optimizing the UI to match the specific devices.
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, and design hand-off to development using Zeplin.
- Experience with motion design and illustration is a plus.
- A good understanding of Web Technologies capabilities and limitations (Javascript, CSS, HTML5) is a plus.
